Douwe Egberts, part of the Sara Lee Corporation, is a leading international supplier of coffee and beverage dispensers.
We provided the HR function for the UK company and advise the Managing Director on strategic HR issues.

Colorama Processing Laboratories is one of the UK's leading photographic processors.
RAB provided specialist HR consultancy advice for the Board and the company's Personnel Department.

iGuzzini Illuminazione and Forma Lighting are high quality Italian companies which were setting up in the UK.
We worked with these companies to develop personnel procedures appropriate for UK nationals.

RAB undertook two specific assignment for the Police.  Firstly to review the Service's skills database; then to design a staff training manual.

Orange is one of the world's most advanced and fastest growing mobile telecommunications companies with operating interests in over 20 countries.
We were engaged to provide an HR service for the corporate restructuring at the time of the acquisition by France Telecom.

RAB provided the interim Head of HR for this well regarded charity, one of the largest in the UK.  After three months a Board Committee reported "HR is now functioning better than in living memory".

We provided project management for this Local Authority's Accommodation Strategy: a change management project that involved relocating staff from disparate offices around the borough into a modern office complex in London's Docklands.  The project was later used as the Council's case study for Investors in People (IiP) accreditation.

Further projects involved project managing service reviews and reorganisations.

WorldCom is a leading global telecommunications company.  We provided HR consultancy support for the pan-European business and managed the relocation for WorldCom International.
