Our Philosophy

RAB Personnel Management Services works with organisations, from blue-chip companies to small businesses, maximising people potential in changing environments.  Our methodology is to work alongside your managers and staff, supporting them to achieve their own objectives through practical interventions.  We provide managers with the structure and skills to ensure effective use of your most valuable resource - people. 

For organisations without their own in-house Personnel Management specialists we offer a flexible and cost effective solution - less the overheads.  For larger organisations with sophisticated Personnel systems we provide specialist consultancy support - you simply graft us on whenever we're needed.

Quality Control

RAB is headed by Richard Beeson, Managing Director, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  Prior to setting up RAB, he held a number of senior Personnel appointments including HR Director for a world renowned international corporation.  He is also accredited by the CIPD as a management consultant. 

The Practice is quality assured by The British Accreditation Bureau and the Institute of Enterprise to deliver government funded personnel consultancy support to businesses.
